Tray Paisa. Carne asada servido con arroz, frijoles pintos, platano frito, huevo estrellado, un chicharron y un chorizo. Steak served with rice, pinto beans, fried plantain, over easy egg, pork rind and chorizo.
Fried Tilapia. Servido con arroz, frijoles pintos y ensalada. Served with rice, pinto beans and salad.
Shrimp ceviche. Servido con tomate fresco, cebolla picada y cilantro. Served with fresh tomato, chopped onion and cilantro.
Served with pinto beans, lettuce, mozzarella cheese pico de gallo, sour cream guacamole.
